  Tinariwen are poet-guitarists and soul rebels from the Southern Sahara desert. Their music expresses the aspirations of their people, the Kel Tamashek or ‘Tuareg’ of the southern Sahara desert. The guitar is their weapon. Simplicity is Freedom.
